The Mayor's Office next South Los Angeles Day of Service is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, 2008. The objective of the SLA Day of Service is to improve the quality of life by developing projects that address key needs and challenges, and bring our community closer together. We look forward to working with each of you on this endeavor and opportunity to create change.

Please join us for the South Los Angeles Day of Service planning meeting. The Meeting are on each Thursday, at Rancho Cienega Park Gymnasium , 5001 Rodeo Road from 11:00 am- 12noon. During the meeting we will discuss Day of Service details, and begin developing projects that will further serve and improve our community on September 20th and beyond . So definitely come with ideas for projects!
