This is the farmers market Ki Energy's Master John. Ki, or Chi, is also known as life force or life energy. Master John's workout can make you feel better, just ask the folks that stop by his booth every week.
It's going to be a beautiful Sunny Sunday at the farmers market with lot's of wonderful fresh produce. We hope you'll include us in your Sunday plans and invite your neighbors.

VEGGIES:
Aspargus, artichokes, sunchokes, kale and spinach. Moua farm still has all sorts of sweet potatoes and yams, amazing yukon gold potatoes, onions, turnips and carrots.
FRUIT:
The cara cara and blood oranges are in season! And we'll have lots and lots of strawberries.
DAIRY:
Free range brown eggs. (The chickens roam free, the eggs aren't)
