A. Funding Request – Door hangers for Jefferson Park HPOZ on “What it means to live in an HPOZ – J. Arnold for Jefferson Park United – ACTION
B. Funding Request - Replacing damaged UNNC banners
C. Funding Request – (1) Funding a grant for the NC Community Garden Academy to help with creating a UNNC community garden by identifying and assisting in negotiations to acquire property; (2) The second part of this request is selecting a designated participant for the Community Garden Academy (8 sessions, every other Saturday, beginning in January) to represent UNNC -- this representative need not be a governing board member - ACTION

A. Planning & Zoning Committee - Meyers

1.  2765 West 15th Street and 2764 West 14th Street , Case Nos. CPC-2011-2468-CU-PUB and DIR-2011-2337-COA-CMP – Request for a Conditional Use Permit (Public Benefit) to allow a public charter school in a historic structure (Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument No. 331 Pacific Bell Building), to allow parking in the residential zone, to permit the demolition of a residential structure within the HPOZ/residential zone, to allow encroachments into the setback areas, and to permit a joint community center - ACTION
2.  2401-2425 West Jefferson Bl. and 3115 South 4th Avenue, Case No. CPC-2008-3464-DB and HPOZ Case No. Unassigned – Revisions to previously approved Mixed Use Commercial and Affordable Housing Project located at Jefferson and 4th.  Design revisions to project located within the boundaries of Jefferson Park HPOZ.  The Planning Commission has previously approved a density bonus to allow a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.16 and a waiver to allow a 49-foot-high building (in lieu of 25 feet for any portion located up to 49 feet from the R-1 zone, and 33 feet for any portion location 50-99 feet of adjacent R-1 properties).  The development and design team has changed, and will present updated proposed plans.  This project will require an HPOZ compliance approval. – ACTION
3.  Proposed Little League, new softball fields and after-hours/weekend use at Johnny Cochran Middle School, 4066 W. 17th Street (at Bronson in Arlington Heights neighborhood) and Arlington Heights Elementary School – DISCUSSION and ACTION
