We invite you to run for one of 12 seats during our next UNNC Elections. The candidate filing period is March 5 to April 19. The elections are June 18. You can make an impact on our community as a UNNC Board Member. Find out how!

UNNC will be holding elections on Saturday, June 18 and we invite you to run for a seat on our Council. 12 seats, or about half the board are up for election for four year terms. Those seats are:

AREA REPRESENTATIVES must reside in their region and only stakeholders residing in their given region can vote for an Area Represenative from their region:  Region 1, Seat 1; Region 2, Seat 1; Region 3, Seat 1; Region 4, Seat 1; Region 5, Seat 1; Region 6, Seat 1

AT LARGE REPRESENTATIVES can be a UNNC stakeholder or anyone who affirms stakeholder status within UNNC’s boundaries. Anyone who affirms UNNC stakeholder status can vote for At Large Representatives: 6 At Large seats are open.

The UNNC is comprised of volunteers who are focused on increasing civic engagement and making government more responsive to our community. You can find out more about what we did in 2015 and join us by running for a seat, joining a committee, volunteering at the polls on election day, or coming to a meeting. Our regular meetings are the first Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at the Council District 10 Office. See our meeting list.
