There to join in the event was Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilmembers Englander and Ryu, Innovation & Performance Commissioner Joe DiMento, Board of Public Works Commissioners Kevin James and Heather Repenning, Board of Neighborhood Commissioners Josh LaFarga, EmpowerLA GM Grayce Liu, and Bureau of Sanitation Director Enrique Zaldivar.
