If you missed the Council District 10 Candidates Forum on Saturday, September 19, you can still hear and see it! The two run-off candidates, Mark Ridley-Thomas and Grace Yoo, are seeking your vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election. They sat down for a lively two-hour moderated question and answer session.
UNNC joined other CD10 neighborhood councils, multiple community organizations and neighborhood groups, and the League of Women Voters in presenting this session. The winner of this election will succeed termed out Council member Herb J. Wesson, Jr., who has represented Council District 10 since 2005. So the candidates’ answers to questions and stated policies and positions do matter.
