ABOUT MALCOLM X
May 19, 2025 will mark 100 years since the birth of Malcolm X. Malcolm X is known today worldwide as a tireless freedom fighter, a brilliant voice for justice, and a visionary organizer who gave his life to the struggle for Black liberation, universal human rights, and the end of injustice.

Malcolm X’s 39 years of life shook the political and social landscape of this country, and through his life’s transformation, he became an international champion of the oppressed. Malcolm lived a life worthy of study, but his legacy also pushes us to continue the struggle that he gave his life to: a fight for a better world free from oppression, exploitation, and endless wars.
